How To Measure

Stand on a piece of paper barefoot.

Mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel.

Measure the distance between those marks. Inches or cms.

Use that to find your size in the Heel-toe row of our size chart.

Please note: If you find yourself between sizes, we suggest choosing a size DOWN for the best fit based on your standard US/EU measurement.
