How it started

It started with one tired man and a patch of grass.

“I didn’t set out to start a company. I set out to feel like myself again.”

In 2020, I was running on empty. Foggy mornings. Heavy afternoons. The kind of tired a weekend doesn't fix.

I started reading about grounding half as a joke. Then I read the studies. Then I tried it, barefoot on the grass, skeptical and curious.

It worked its way into my days. Then into my nights.

The hard part was everything else. Modern life keeps you off the ground. Rubber soles. Concrete floors. Bedrooms four floors up.

    Fine silver thread runs through soft cotton (95% cotton, 5% silver), so the whole sheet carries the connection, edge to edge.

    Each sheet is woven to a tight, even pattern and tested before it is folded and sent to you.

Every pair is cut, stitched and finished by artisans in Turkey and Mexico who have spent decades at the bench. Their stamp is pressed into the sole you walk on.

Loafers, slip-ons and boots

Turkish cobblers with 25 to 40 years in the trade cut top-grain leather by hand, shape it over the last and stitch it to a vegetable-tanned leather sole. A craft passed from hand to hand.

Huaraches and sandals

In Mexico, huaraches are still woven strip by strip, by hand. Our makers there bring 14 to 22 years of experience to every pair, and you feel it the first time you slip them on.
