We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
The processing time for orders is generally 1-2 business days. Once an order has been processed a tracking number will be generated and forwarded to you via email. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days, kindly inform us by email and include your order number.

You may return most new, unopened or faulty items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 to 15 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). For change of mind purchases the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Adjustments: If your returned items bring the total below the gift threshold, we'll adjust the refund proportionally, deducting the gift value or customer returns the gifts.
Gift Return Procedure: For a smooth refund process, include the complimentary gift(s) in your return shipment. Gifts should be in pristine, unused condition and have the original packaging.
In essence, if the refunded amount falls below the specified gift threshold, kindly return the gift for order coherence.
