You may return most new, unopened, or faulty items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. If the return is due to our error (for example, you received the wrong or a defective item), we’ll also cover the return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping the tracking number until your refund is processed. All refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
Because our items are for personal use, returns must be sent back in their original packaging and in unused condition, with original tags or labels still attached.
For our shoes, we kindly ask that you try them indoors only to check sizing. This helps ensure they remain in new condition in case a return or exchange is needed.
If your order includes a bundle with a free gift, and the return brings your order total below the required threshold, we ask that the free gift also be returned. If the gift is not returned, the value of the item may be deducted from your refund.

4. A photo and/or video of the product (for shoes, please include clear photos of both the top and sole)
5. What you would like: an exchange, return, or refund
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and return address. Please send the item back in protective packaging—we recommend using the original packaging if possible to prevent damage in transit.
