All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order has been processed a tracking number will be generated and forwarded to you via email.

International Shipping:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly inform us by email and include your order number.

There may be some other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that may lead to delays, for example, customs, public/national holidays, natural disaster, air and ground transportation strikes or delays etc.

Return Policy

If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please tell us immediately. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all online purchases.

You may return most new, unopened or faulty items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Please note that for change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Upon receiving your return at our warehouse, our team will inspect and process it within 2–4 business days. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider. All refunds are processed to the original payment method used.

Please note that the items are personal use items and returns must be returned in their full original packaging (new, or otherwise unused with original labels attached). 

For our shoes, we kindly ask that you try them on indoors to determine if the size is right. This helps ensure they remain in original condition in case an exchange or return is needed.

If your order included a bundle with a free gift and a return brings the total below the threshold required to receive that gift, we ask that the free gift also be returned. If not, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.

3. The issue 

4. Include photo and/or a video of the product (for shoes, please provide photos of both the top and sole)

5. What you'd like (exchange, return, refund)

Once your request is approved, please ship the product in protective packaging (we recommend the original packaging) to the address provided to you by Customer Care.
