To be eligible, items must be
  • Returned within 45 days of delivery
  • In new, unused condition
  • Complete with all original packaging and labels
  • Sent back in suitable protective packaging
Trying on shoes? Absolutely, try them on indoors. Just stick to clean surfaces so they stay in original condition in case you need to return or exchange them.

Please don’t refuse the delivery. Returns are processed at a separate location, so refused packages may not reach the right facility.

Once approved, ship the item in protective packaging (original packaging works great) to the address Customer Care provides. A small restocking fee may apply.
