Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order has been processed a tracking number will be generated and forwarded to you via email.

Domestic US Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders include a free shipping option.

There could be exceptional delays due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are out of our control.

International Shipping:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

AUSTRALIA: 7-12 business days
CANADA: 7-20 business days

If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly inform us by email and include your order number.
